Work Experience
Intelliteach — IT Security Governance Lead

​2019 - present

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, implement, and manage Information Security Management System compliance using ISO 27001 framework and other applicable legislation and best practices.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of information security solutions and controls to ensure data security and integrity.

  • Gather information for internal audit requests as pertinent to information security

  • Manage vulnerability remediation through re-testing and closure.

  • Responsible for investigating and managing security incidents

QASymphony — IT Security Administrator

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage corporate IT and relationships with 3rd party providers delivering support services.

  • Performed daily reviews of security notifications and alerts regarding brute force attempts, account changes, malware, and access requests. Also responsible for vulnerability scanning and assessment.

  • Conducted system configuration and policy compliance audits.

  • Imaged, managed, and deployed Windows / Mac workstations for over 100 employees.

  • Assisted with implementing security controls that led to QASymphony obtaining their first SOC 2 attestation.

Intelliteach — Technical Support Team Lead

2014 - 2018

 

Started as a Service Desk Analyst. Later promoted to Senior Analyst and then Team Lead.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managed a team of around 20 new and experienced analysts to ensure quality customer service

  • Provided Tier I and Tier II support to over 100 law firms and over 1000 clients.

  • Was responsible for access management for some of the firms we supported (mainly access to emails and documents, creating and revoking RSA tokens, and managing accounts in active directory).

  • Responded to security incidents such as viruses, suspicious emails, attachments, and stolen equipment.
